Features and benefits

The CF-FSP System is designed to provide a wall sleeve and seal in one installation. The major benefits of using this firestop system include:

1. Click-together, hardware-free construction eliminates the need for tools.
2. Can be re-entered without tools for the life of the building.
3. No caulk or putty is needed to seal adequately for cold smoke, FM-200 fire suppression systems or to maintain pressurized rooms.
4. The CF-FSP System accepts a wide range of cables and conduit sizes, and small cables can be bundled.
5. No new material is needed when adding cables to an existing CF-FSP System installation.
6. The CF sleeves can be installed around existing cable penetrations.

CF-FSP System Components

Each CF-FSP System unit includes the components shown below:

Open top wall sleeve (male housing) Click-fit retaining flange (female housing) Click-fit sleeve slide-on access panel Click-fit access panel

The metal sleeve system is manufactured in 16 gauge steel and finished with zinc yellow chromate for corrosion resistance. Sleeves are available in two sizes:

• 4" h x 6" w, part number CF-FSP-24
  and
• 6" h x 12" w, part number CF-FSP-72

Each CF-FSP System comes complete with all materials needed to provide a fire-rated seal for zero penetrating items or maximum fill.
